I liked this well-appointed place, stayed there for 3 nights. Had a nice size and fully-equipped room with separate bathroom and coffee, air conditioner, and an iron...

Consider requesting a room with a conventional washbasin if you prefer more comfort during your stay, as some rooms have oddly shaped ones.

The breakfast was sensational with lots of delicious options. We had fashionable, double superior room with very nice bedding, quick Wifi, as example. The hotel was in a very pleasant area.
Breakfast was too expensive, can definitely be improved.

We loved the panoramic view of London from our 12th floor room. We also were impressed by the bar staff who always remembered what we liked to drink. The food both in the evening and breakfast was exceptional. The location was perfect, especially for men who enjoy shopping and close enough to all the sights of London to walk in.

That it was central to all shops.
This is not a complaint, but a fact. - They insisted that I had to pay for the rooms, when in actual fact, they had taken the money off the credit card 6 weeks in advance. They blamed Booked.net agents. Had to use own phone to call banks in own country to prove to them that everything was paid, as they had no knowledge. Took 1 hour upon arrival insisting that everything was paid. As a regular guest, I should have been offered a free upgrade for the commotion made as to regards to the payment. They should not take total amount of money before the stay at the hotel. Also offering a bowl of fruit or a bag of nuts for regular guests isn't as good as offering perhaps a free dinner.

Perfect location. Hotel staff very kind and friendly makes you feel cosy and really welcomed . The umbrella in the room is a very nice thought . I should also mention the linen towels and the cleanness at the tables where breakfast was served.

An excellent hotel with very pleasant and professional staff. My only minor complaint would be the lovely fruit served at breakfast was too cold and the hot breakfast was self service and not as nice as if cooked to order.
